This is a small, welcoming session designed for women who are curious about movement and strength — no gym, no equipment, no experience needed.
We'll work through bodyweight exercises, mobility, and movement foundations in a supportive, women-only space.
You'll leave feeling stronger, more confident, and with a better understanding of what your body is capable of.
Spaces are limited to 12 women — so we keep it personal, safe, and relaxed.
