- the whole event is free. Koha at the door is encouraged to help cover hall and tailor fees
- The (free) tickets for the clothes swap will go online on the 11th of June at 6pm. The first release will have 40 spots.
- this is a big day; you’re allowed to bring an emotional support femme/non-butch

- vendors: @dandyvintagewellington, and TBA for the second stall
- a floor map will be released closer to the time
- this is a wheelchair accessible venue. The stall arrangements will reflect that as well.
- there will be makeshift changing rooms on the same floor built by a local butch 😎
- this is an open event; if you are a non-butch wanting to access the sewing machine and/or tailor, you are welcome to as long as you respect the space and the community x
