A market most mischievous is coming to Thistle Hall on the Thirteenth day of September, from the hours of 12:30pm to 5:30pm!

We invite thee to join us for an afternoon filled with mayhem and goodwill, and a range of talented local artists and artisans peddling the finest wares.

Curious as to what thou might find? Merchants of jewellery, stained glass, creatures, ceramics, fine arts, trinkets, and treasures unspoken will be lining the grand hall for your perusal.

So don thine mischievous and medieval garb, and join the festivities of the inaugural Mischief Makers Market!

Join us for the inaugural ALWU Conference, a half-day event in Te Whanganui-a-Tara where we will hear from leading members of the profession about issues facing legal workers and the communities we serve.

The conference will feature a keynote address from Sandra Grey, President of the New Zealand Council of Trade Unions, followed by a discussion with panelists including Dhilum Nightingale and Asher Emanuel. Together, they will explore the structures of our legal profession and how they help, or hinder, our ability to deliver justice.

The afternoon will conclude with the ALWU Annual General Meeting, followed by a chance to connect over drinks.
