To the Mindfulness and relaxation activities, which includes curated journal prompts, adult colouring in or simply taking some down-time to bathe in the energy, meditate or connect with spirit or the self. Whatever you choose to do, it's about your time and what you need to reconnect with yourself and release the worldly stresses.

And finally, sharing a Clairvoyance session with one of the uniquely gifted readers practicing divination with a difference. Whether this provides guidance, advice or warnings for you on your soul journey, the insights gained will enlighten your path and nourish your soul.

Join us for the inaugural ALWU Conference, a half-day event in Te Whanganui-a-Tara where we will hear from leading members of the profession about issues facing legal workers and the communities we serve.

The conference will feature a keynote address from Sandra Grey, President of the New Zealand Council of Trade Unions, followed by a discussion with panelists including Dhilum Nightingale and Asher Emanuel. Together, they will explore the structures of our legal profession and how they help, or hinder, our ability to deliver justice.

The afternoon will conclude with the ALWU Annual General Meeting, followed by a chance to connect over drinks.
